Position Summary The Planning Buyer supports Procurement team compliance, analysis and management efforts through data management and analysis, reporting, presentation support, internal audit/SOP compliance support, cost management coordination, continuous improvement projects and other initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interpret and present information in a fast-paced, complex environment. Coding and database management skills are a plus. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Internal data maintenance and regular reporting (ex. weekly days of inventory/shortage reporting, monthly RM Forecast report card, Cost Per Wafer reports, etc.) Cost owner for Procurement function across all teams; track/manage/analyze CoEn activity, report out regularly, prepare monthly analysis summary + Exec CoEn presentation, etc. Support internal and external requests for data and analysis, including adhoc request from DS Procurement. Coordinate SOP/certification process across Procurement. Support development and implementation of software, systems upgrades (ex. GSRM →NSRM), new programs (ex. MATS) and other systems-based improvements. Project management for team-wide improvements. Supper audit and compliance management for internal, external, RBA, ISO, etc.
