About the role

Lead and coach the team to manage and supervise daily Business Development operations, establish SOPs, Work Instructions, and drive operational excellence. Provide fast, comprehensive, competitive and accurate quotations to customers. Competencies & Skills: Able to effectively lead and develop result-oriented teams, give timely and actionable feedback to direct reports and mentor, coach and motivate individuals. Profound knowledge of rigid PCBs and other high technologies such as flex/ flex-rigid/ HDI/ IMS PCBs. Excellent knowledge of PCB quotations and pricing techniques. Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment. Superior negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence business partners and peers. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations. Able to work effectively under time pressure, deadline driven in fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Able to work independently and as part of a team with a self-motivated, diligent and responsible manner. Excellent computer skills in MS Office. ERP experience strongly preferred. Excellent command in spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Education & Work Experience: University degree in technical or PCB related field. Minimum 4 years of leadership experience preferably in international company. Minimum 8 years work experience in PCB related business environment.
