WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to run end-to-end payroll operations across a complex, multi-country environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with external payroll partners, ensure compliance with local regulations, and play a key role in supporting financial processes and audits, contributing directly to operational excellence. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Coordinate payroll process across multiple countries in collaboration with external providers Review and authorize payroll calculations, taxes, and benefits Submit bank transfer files with payroll payments Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring they are organized and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including calculating and submitting tax and social security filings and payments Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies, providing support to employees and internal departments as needed Prepare payroll data for accounting ledger postings, accruals and reconciliations (month-end / year-end) Assist with audits and ensure payroll documentation is in order and available for internal or external review Collaborate with HR, Finance, and local stakeholders Help improve payroll processes by identifying inefficiencies, recommending solutions and automation opportunities WHAT WE VALUE: Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.
