About the role
As an Associate, Ordering on our Stock Ordering team, you will be issuing purchase orders and managing the purchase fulfillment process. The Order Associate is a subject matter expert in the fulfillment process of the stock ordering process.
Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders
- Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing
- Manage receipt of Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) from dealers to ensure timely initiation of Initial Title & Registration process
- Communicate with dealers for post payment activities
- Request MSO
- Confirm delivery
- Validate payment details
- Complete new dealer set up
- Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years business experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solutions focused with strong relationship building and influencing skills
- An effective problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Education: College/University degree preferred
- Automotive/Fleet Industry experience preferred
