Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced frontend engineer with a strong focus on resiliency, real-time responsiveness, and seamless integration across web and desktop platforms to join the Prepared team. This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team (currently ~60 engineers) and make a large impact while operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. This is a hybrid role , with an expectation of four days per week in our Manhattan office. While most legacy software in 911 centers is clunky and outdated, we are dedicated to crafting seamless and intuitive user experiences that support the critical work that our users are doing every day. This role is pivotal in driving the development of scalable, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces. You'll work closely with design and engineering teams to craft delightful user experiences while ensuring that our codebase is clean, maintainable, and future-proof. As an early member of the team, you will also play a key role in shaping the foundation of Prepared's engineering culture.
