The Technical Product Support Specialist provides system level technical support to our distributor partners for American Standard, Trane, RunTru, Ameristar, and Oxbox products sold through the Residential HVAC and Supply channel.What will you do:Telephone and email system level support with deeper knowledge for all Residential products and Light Commercial products, air to air and less than 25 tons including application of these productsSupport Channel Partners with technical issue resolutionDevelop and provide training on products for the Field Service Representatives (FSR)Interface and collaborate with internal organizations through cross-functional quality forums and teamsDocumentation of field reported quality issuesWhat will you bring:Minimum of 5 years of field experience serving in a Residential and Light Commercial technical service/ supportDetail oriented and organized, able to coordinate workloadStrong ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems over the phoneMust be a strong team player, self-starter and flexible to varying work assignmentsWell-developed verbal, listening, and written communication skills requiredPersonal computer competence and data entry with MS Office products requiredMust be customer focusedHave the ability to make quality decisionsHas to be able to manage time wiselyDiverse technical background on both residential products and light commercial productsAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$66,816.66 - $107,400.00 Compensation Type:Salary Incentive Eligible:No Sales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives - WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Disclaimer: Benefit offerings may vary depending on Collective Bargaining Agreements and local/state regulations.Safety Sensitive Role:No The company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
