Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develope project strategies
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards best solution
• Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in timely method
• Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities
• Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants
• Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues
• Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out
• Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Three years experience in related field
• Understanding of architectural trades
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
• Good personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
