Based at our Head Office in Darlington, we are seeking a sharp, dedicated, passionate and money-hungry Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities. We are looking for a seasoned and consultative sales professional who clearly understands the approach to winning business primarily within the SME sector and permanent recruitment. What's in it for you? You will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 (dependent upon experience) plus commission topping you up to an OTE of over £50,000 as well as additional amazing incentives. Commission to be earned straight away with further financial incentives in place to build a future pipeline. We appreciate the need for work life balance so flexible working is on offer. Where you'll be working: You will be operating from our office in Darlington.
