- Participate in operational and service performance monitoring activities.
- Support development, implementation and evaluation of business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.

- Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, management, or Business Economics or a related field is required.
- Green Belt / Black Belt degree of Lean 6 Sigma or similar experience is ideal.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional BI and project leadership capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
- Experience of Power BI, Excel, Big data, or similar.
- Familiar with data pool for data engineering (SQL, Python, etc).
- Proactive, organized, analytical and goal oriented preferred.
- Knowledge of customer service processes and ideally worked in a Sales/ Service environment.
- Experience of using an ERP, CRM or field service management systems.
- Proven experience of analytical tools like Power BI, Excel or similar required.
- Appreciation of commercial service and business development.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.

Business Analyst/ Service Performance Specialist Location: Boxmeer/ Eindhoven The Business Analyst/ Service Performance Specialist is responsible for generating insights into JBT Marel Poultry business to understand how the company can optimize its value creation. The BI specialist is responsible for the analysis of data supporting the set up and monitoring strategic and business initiatives that enable the JBT Marel Poultry's regional and global sales & service teams to reach it's short- and long-term business objectives. The Business Analyst/ Service Performance Specialist enables access and analysis of information to improve and optimize JBTM decision-making and performance. The BI Specialist will lead the design and modelling of technical solutions enabling business intelligence best practices and skills. The specialist will also deliver dashboards and reports to the business, cooperating with IT to set up and maintain a future state strong BI platform.
