Responsibilities

  • Analyze and aggregate sales data from different sources to deliver actionable insights, performance reporting, and executive‑level decision support.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis or business analytics. You should have good ability to collect, coordinate, analyze, and interpret large datasets accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP preferred), along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, presentation software, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize under time pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate multi-functionally, build productive business relationships, and maintain confidentiality.
  • A customer‑focused approach with a strong sense of ownership, flexibility to work varied hours, and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
  • High school diploma required; degree in Analytics or equivalent experience preferred
  • Candidates must be able to work onsite each week
