This role serves as a key first and last impression of the hotel and is expected to maintain a warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor at all times. Job Description Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include: Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms. Escort guests to rooms and provide an overview of room features and hotel amenities. Provide information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure seamless guest service Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs Additional Duties & Cross-Functional Support Assist with valet parking services as needed, including safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles Operate and drive the 14-passenger shuttle bus to transport guests to and from the airport or other designated locations when required Ensure compliance with all safety, driving, and company policies when operating vehicles Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager based on operational needs
