Responsibilities
- Branding
- Lead end-to-end delivery of flagship brand initiatives and high-profile College activities, managing vendor coordination, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.

- Oversee key digital assets (website, social media, intranet) to ensure alignment with NBS's brand and value proposition.
- Develop monthly performance reports on website traffic, campaign engagement, and digital performance, with data-driven recommendations for optimisation using marketing analytics and performance management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, including leading end-to-end projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management capability
- Strong technical proficiency across digital platforms and tools, including content management systems, analytics and performance measurement platforms, social media channels, and SEO and AEO principles.
- Proficiency in content creation and ability to work with AI-assisted tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
