  • Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Requirements

  • Certifications in Workday modules: HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Compensation
  • Other Certification is a nice to have
  • Basic knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics
  • Proven experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM , Help, Advanced Compensation, Absence , Compensation modules and business process configuration.
  • Willingness to learn and operate with other modules of Workday like Recruitment, LMS, Talent
  • Familiarity with integrations and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and train users.
  • Understanding of business environment complexity and ability to transfer the knowledge into practice .
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and manage time effectively .
  • Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities .
  • Written and verbal communication skills .
