- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's business degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare compliance, preferably within a field marketing organization, regulatory affairs, or a related role within the health insurance industry.
- Professional certifications such as CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar, are highly desirable.
- Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-focused mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
- Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing rules, including CMS expectations and enforcement posture.
