Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for:
  • Manage shared team inboxes, including automated email sorting and workload distribution
  • Support and implement automation and AI solutions
  • Work with BPOs, Supply Chain, and other teams to improve processes
  • Act as a go-to expert for processes, SAP, and customer service best practices
  • Ensure smooth and efficient communication flows in daily operations
  • Support projects to improve customer service performance
  • Test and roll out new processes and support team adoption
  • Identify risks and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
  • Provide backup support across Customer Service and OTC teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Data Science)
  • Act as a role model for company values and ways of working
  • Experience and Competencies:

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Order-to-Cash processes and Customer Service
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, or digital tools (e.g. bots, AI) is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify efficiency improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
