ING Hubs Poland is hiring! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Offensive Security Trainee to support our team (Offensive Security Center of Expertise at ING Hubs Poland) for 4 months. This opportunity is designed for university students passionate about cybersecurity and ethical hacking who want to gain hands-on experience in offensive security. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced security professionals, supporting penetration testing activities and learning how to identify and assess security vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or being a part-time student) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field Readiness to work full-time (40 hours a week, 8:00-16:00) Strong interest in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and offensive security, Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and web technologies, Basic knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10), Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and command-line environments, Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills, Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
