  • Provide coverage for members of the Key Personnel (KP) and CMT teams when they are engaged in urgent student matters, crisis management, meetings, or external commitments.
  • Respond promptly to student-related incidents requiring immediate attention and support.
  • Assist in coordinating interventions, student supervision, and follow-up actions during periods of high demand.
  • Support school-wide student management initiatives and events as required.
  • Coordinate and Facilitate After-School Programmes for High-Needs Students
  • The Coordinator supports the holistic development of students who require additional behavioural, social-emotional, or academic support through structured after-school engagement.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate after-school programmes targeted at students identified as requiring additional support.
  • Develop activities that promote positive behaviour, resilience, social skills, self-management, and student engagement.
  • Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress within the programmes.
  • Build positive relationships with students to strengthen their connection to school and enhance their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and relevant staff to identify students who may benefit from additional intervention and support.
  • Collaborate with the School Counsellor on Student Support Programmes
  • The Coordinator works closely with the School Counsellor to design and implement interventions that address students' behavioural, emotional, and social development needs.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Partner with the School Counsellor in planning, organising, and delivering after-school intervention and support programmes.
  • Support the implementation of social-emotional learning, behavioural intervention, and resilience-building activities.
  • Assist in identifying students who may require additional counselling support or targeted interventions.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.
