Assist in incident and accident investigations by gathering information, analyzing findings, and preparing reports. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented. Alert personnel to potential health hazards, including exposure to harmful gases, fumes, and other workplace risks. Participate in WSH inspections, audits, and compliance assessments. Report safety concerns, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance issues to management and relevant stakeholders promptly. Respond promptly and appropriately to workplace incidents and accidents. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety performance and risk management practices. Job Requirements Possess the required certification(s) for a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry. Sound knowledge of construction site safety regulations, procedures, and best practices. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to workplace safety. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
