Tour Guide (Museum and heritage gallery / STB licence / Contract)

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Tourist Guide Licence.
• Experience in guided tours, museums, galleries, or visitor attractions is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct walking tours and manage groups effectively.
• Additional Information:
• 90-minute tours for 5-30 pax
• 1-2 tours/day off-peak; up to 6 tours/day peak
• ~470 tours/year
• Peak periods: Feb-May, May-Jun, Nov-Dec

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities Conduct guided tours using approved tour materials. Introduce visitors to the facility, its history, and key learning objectives. Facilitate interactive exhibits, including digital and multimedia displays. Ensure visitor safety and manage groups throughout the tour. Deliver an engaging and educational visitor experience. Encourage visitors to complete feedback surveys. Promote awareness of Singapore's policing history and its contribution to national development.
