Shared-Bicycle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate the company truck to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app-generated instructions.
• Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans to meet demand.
• Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
• Load and unload bicycles safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
• Adhere to all road safety and company compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
• Physically fit - able to lift and move bicycles.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations is a plus.
• Preferred Attributes:
• Good time management and punctuality.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• Working Hours:
• 6-day work week, KPI based.

Using our mobile app, you will receive real-time instructions on where to collect and deploy bicycles to ensure optimal availability for our users.
