Position Summary Our state‑of‑the‑art semiconductor manufacturing plant relies on flawless water and wastewater treatment systems to keep the Fab running without interruption. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Oversee all phases of major water infrastructure capital projects from planning and design through construction and commissioning. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies. Coordinate project activities with operations staff to minimize impacts to water system reliability and customer service. Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, budget targets, and quality standards are achieved. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners. Review and approve project documentation, engineering reports, contract documents, and change orders. Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and project meetings to ensure successful execution. Provide leadership in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects that support the department's strategic objectives and long-term sustainability.
