Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering the overall client implementation strategy for each assigned client while aligning with the Cigna Pharmacy Management strategy and Client Services Operations goals

  • Adheres to Client Enterprise Operations policies and procedures to ensure optimal productivity as well as ensure client and customer-centricity
  • Qualification:
  • High School Diploma, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Healthcare implementation, required.
  • 4+ years of experience with various Pharmacy PBM systems and vendors, required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with clients and brokers developing effective relationships, preferred.
  • 2+ years of Experience with ESD, ePro, Vista, a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills to internal and external clients and executive leadership, preferred.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with strict timelines, required.
  • Demonstrated project management experience; planning, coordinating and tracking multi-functional activities, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external business partners and clients, required.
  • Ability to independently operate, negotiate, and take initiative in fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time required

  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,700 - 137,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Role Summary: This role assists in the management of the Pharmacy Client Services Operations organization with implementation and service of new and renewing clients (almost 6300 Pharmacy clients and over 6 million customers). Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person three days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ.
