Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration
- Administer and maintain HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with company standards and applicable legislation

- Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Compliance & Safety
- Support adherence to company policies, standards of conduct, and Health & Safety requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting core HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and HR program administration
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures, and support their consistent implementation across the organization
- Strong business acumen with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
