About the role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will deliver specialist end-to-end services across professional, academic, and clinical roles within the Health Precinct of the University. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering and building trusted relationships with hiring managers in the Hospital, Clinics and Faculty, to understand their recruitment needs and providing expert guidance throughout each assignment. Proactively sourcing quality talent using effective advertising campaigns, LinkedIn Recruiter and developing candidate talent pools in Workday aligned to Faculty and Hospital priorities. Crafting engaging job advertisement campaigns that comply with employment branding, regulatory, and legislative requirements. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, knowledgeable responses, and seamless service delivery. Utilising recruitment data to track and deliver key performance metrics. Staying across recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously enhance service quality. Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team. About You (Selection Criteria): You are a proven health recruitment professional (Agency Recruitment or Talent Acquisition) with experience building relationships and delivering quality outcomes across a varied range of health roles. You bring energy, curiosity about the talent market, and a focus on creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related health field, or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services (internal or agency) to hospitals or health industries. Knowledge of sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across diverse disciplines. Understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition and candidate experience. Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience utilising Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools is highly desirable.
