Meet the team: We're the IT Desktop Support team at Dexcom Malaysia, the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring every employee stays connected and productive. Our mission is to deliver seamless technology experiences, resolve challenges quickly, and keep the business running smoothly. We thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and providing exceptional support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Where you come in: You provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals You deliver on-site IT support for issues within the manufacturing environment to ensure minimal disruption to production You troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity You manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations in compliance with IT policies You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems You maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes You assist in deploying updates, patches, and new technology solutions across the organization You ensure adherence to security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives You draft, review, and enhance Knowledge Base articles related to desktop system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting You perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals What makes you successful: You are a problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills You are customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities You have proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications You have experience with hardware diagnostics and repair You have knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment You have IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent are nice to have You have experience in enterprise-level IT support or manufacturing environments are nice to have You have familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems are nice to have What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
