- Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor stock integrity and equipment maintenance across all stores to minimize waste and protect company assets.

- Talent Development: Mentor Outlet Managers and identify high-potential Crew members to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and ensure all outlet rosters are fair, efficient, and strictly compliant with Labor Act guidelines.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all outlets remain "audit-ready" and fully compliant with Food Safety and local regulatory requirements.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in managing multiple F&B or retail units is required. You must have a proven track record of driving results across multiple locations.
- Training Certification: Must have completed Food Handler Training (FHT) and possess a valid certificate.
- Health Prerequisites: Must have completed the Typhoid Jab prior to your start date.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Must be flexible to move within different states or the country as business needs evolve.
- Logistics: Must possess own transport to facilitate frequent travel and the requirement of visiting at least 2 outlets daily.
- Mindset: Must bring a "willing to learn" attitude and a beginner mindset. You must be exceptionally resilient, as you will be managing high-pressure situations across multiple sites.
- Availability: Must be available for rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
