Responsibilities
- Maintain and conduct enterprise-wide and site/business unit level EHS corrective action systems including oversight of performance and reporting of program operational metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, internal protocols and company goals and strategies.
- Design, implement and lead enterprise systems and activities for EHS performance metrics, reporting (internal and external), and analysis by leading assigned analytics systems and resources.

- Travel to assigned location/site for the purpose of compliance auditing, general inspection, corrective action validation, or other activity to detect existing or potential EHS hazards/risks and determine and assign corrective actions where applicable.
- Analyze and communicate EHS data trends in a manner necessary to support EHS COE messaging to Executive leadership in regards overall and specific EHS performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in EHS or related Science field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, etc...) is required. Master's Degree in EHS or related Science field is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in an EHS or Analysis function. Manufacturing experience is a bonus. Two to five years of experience in EHS data systems/program management preferred, including management of third party IS technical consultants.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety sciences and applicable regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc....)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills (written, speaking and listening)
- Priority made for skills and experience for: IS project Management, Technical Writing, Analysis skills, EHS&S Information Systems, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Presentation development/delivery skills.
- Applicable professional certifications preferred (ASP, CSP, IHIT, CIH, CHMM, PMP, CAP, ACAP, etc.).
- Working Conditions
- 25% North America travel including occasional trips to Mexico and/or Canada locations
- This is a remote position, requiring strong home internet access capabilities, adequate/safe home office location and reasonable (~ 1hr) access to an airport with reasonable flight availability.
- Some work will be performed in typical office, warehouse, and manufacturing plant environment. Occasional work in warehouse, construction, and manufacturing operations environments.
- Position may occasionally require moderate physical work and wearing of personal protective equipment necessary for auditing and/or risk assessment/characterization work at manufacturing locations.

The EHS Systems Manager is an integral member of the Corporate EHS Center of Excellence (COE) Team whose primary responsibility is to provide advanced leadership for successful development, implementation, and maintenance of high performing EHS systems across the enterprise. This position is responsible for managing the budgeting, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of corporate EHS data Systems as well as serving as a subject matter expert for EHS information analytics and metrics reporting. In addition, this position will assist with Corporate EHS&S auditing activities and enterprise sustainability programs and data collection. The EHS Systems Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Health & Safety. As a part of the corporate EHS COE team, this position will be regularly assigned to corporate initiatives and cross functional teams to work on enterprise goals and objectives.
