You will Join a small, high-impact team responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms Architect and ship AI-powered features that enhance the user experience Own the full product development lifecycle from design collaboration through deployment and monitoring Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and code reviews across the stack Required Competencies: Experience designing foundational architectures for mobile and web applications Product mindset and deep experience working with product managers and designers Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Swift, React, React Native, or JavaScript/TypeScript Preferred Competencies Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies Experience shipping React Native applications Experience designing and documenting developer APIs Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies Cultural Fit Passionate about solving big social problems with pragmatic solutions Aptitude for complexity and curiosity for financial markets Enjoys learning new technologies and selecting the right tool for each job Adaptable and open to contributing across the tech stack as the team evolves Autonomous, high agency, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams Excited to be a part of an in-office team
