As the executive leader of the National Office, the ND stewards the organization's vision, strategy, people, and resources to deliver high‑impact, accountable, and sustainable ministry aligned with Our Promise and World Vision Partnership priorities. The ND leads the development and execution of a clear national strategy that integrates programming, advocacy, operations, and resource mobilization to achieve measurable child well‑being outcomes at scale, while maximizing yield to ministry and ensuring strong governance, safeguarding, and compliance. As both a national and global leader, the ND models Twin Citizenship by contributing to Partnership‑wide leadership, innovation, and learning, and by applying global best practices to the Cambodian context.
