Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the COMIT service. Manage referrals, enquiries, and service coordination through phone calls, emails, and internal communication platforms. Support the coordination of client-related administrative processes, including appointment scheduling, case assignment support, and maintenance of service records. Maintain accurate data entry, reporting templates, and administrative records in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. Prepare and consolidate statistics, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate onboarding and administrative support for staff, interns, and trainees. Liaise with community partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support service operations and programme activities. Support audits, workplace safety processes, emergency preparedness exercises, and compliance-related administrative requirements. Assist in procurement, finance-related administrative processes, and inventory management. Contribute to process improvements and ensure effective coordination across the team.
