Responsibilities
- Develops schedules or reports that integrates work for all stations groups (OPS, MNT, Chemistry, etc.). Resolves schedule conflicts and problems with support of station groups such that personnel, nuclear, and radiological risk is minimized and efficiency is maximized.

- Required/Basic Qualifications
- High School/GED degree
- 4 years related work experience

- Working knowledge of company computer systems/programs that are utilized in the Work Management process.

Position Summary This is the Second or highest level of the Work Management Specialist (WMS) classification. A WMS supports the work management process by performing critical activities such as developing schedules that integrate all tasks at the nuclear sites, coordinates/communicates during the preparation and execution phase of work, monitors/tracks progress of activities, prepares reports, and ensures that lessons learned are captured and evaluated to ensure continuous improvement. This is accomplished with minimal supervision. In time, incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and work with greater independence.
