As a Pool Attendant at Arcis Golf, you will serve a critical, guest-facing role ensuring a safe, clean, and luxurious poolside experience for country club members. [ 1 ] Primary Responsibilities Guest Services: Greet members warmly, check in guests at the gate, and provide attentive hospitality throughout their visit. Facility Maintenance: Arrange loungers and umbrellas, and continuously tidy the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding facilities. Safety & Compliance: Monitor guest activity, maintain a comfortable environment, and enforce facility policies. Operations Support: Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors. Swim Lesson Support Requirements & Skills Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred. Physical Ability: Must be capable of working outdoors in the elements and lifting or moving pool furniture. Dignified Demeanor: Requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a friendly, approachable attitude.
