ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER Who is an Assistant General Manager? The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator. What will you be doing? Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club Do you have what it takes?
