We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Audit Readiness Lead to oversee and strengthen Samlink's business control environment, audit readiness, and compliance management activities. This role is critical in ensuring continued adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal governance requirements while supporting strategic integration initiatives between Kyndryl and Samlink. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison across business, operational, security, risk, compliance, and audit functions, driving continuous improvement in controls, audit preparedness, and compliance processes. Strong Finnish language skills are required due to stakeholder engagement and documentation requirements. Role Responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating Samlink business controls and compliance activities. Driving audit readiness initiatives, including preparation for internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits. Managing and coordinating compliance programs, assessments, and remediation activities. Leading and overseeing MSAC-related governance, reporting, and compliance processes. Supporting Kyndryl-Samlink integration activities, ensuring alignment of controls, policies, and compliance requirements. Coordinating external security, compliance, and certification projects and activities. Partnering with business, security, risk, legal, and operational teams to ensure effective control implementation and monitoring. Tracking compliance obligations, audit findings, and corrective actions through to closure. Developing and maintain documentation, evidence repositories, procedures, and reporting materials. Providing guidance to stakeholders on compliance requirements, audit expectations, and control effectiveness. Requirements
- Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit readiness, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of business controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience working with internal and external auditors and managing audit responses.
- Knowledge of information security and/or compliance frameworks such as SOC, or equivalent industry standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Master's degree
- Experience within the financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Kyndryl, Samlink, or large-scale organizational integration programs.
- Experience leading security, compliance, or certification projects.
- A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.
