Position Purpose : Manages product after launch or implementation including sales support, market strategy, and resolution of issues with vendor and customer. Supports implementation and ongoing collaboration with multi-functional teams. Monitors and measures product/program efficacy providing regular updates and reporting, and a comprehensive annual review with recommendations for the product/program. Location: This is a full‑time position (40 hours a week Monday-Friday) that is eligible to be fully W@H . Please note this is subject to change based on employee performance and or business needs. This position operates in a typical office environment. This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manages external vendor after launch and implementation to include group onboarding, sales training, resolution of member level issues and client/vendor invoicing.
  • Maintains detailed procedures/documentation of data sources and all related product methodology. Responsible for developing and implementing policies/procedures, onboarding, and invoicing.
  • Prepares charts, illustrations or other graphic presentations, as well as narrative analysis. Monitors/interprets trends and offers solutions to address emerging healthcare utilization trends. Additional tasks, projects as assigned.
  • Required Education Level and Degree Type:
  • Bachelor's degree in job related field.
  • Degree Equivalency:
  • Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience (see "required work experience")
  • OR
  • 8 total years required work experience.
  • Required Work Experience:
  • Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)
  • Required Software and Other Tools:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • We Prefer that You Have the Following:
  • Experience managing multiple product lines.
  • Knowledge of backend claims.
  • Experience meeting contract SLAs.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience presenting in front of a virtual audience.
  • Great organizational skills & Attention to detail.
