We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Event Sales Manager to join our Events by Benugo team! Location: Benugo Head Office, Holborn, London (with regular presence across our venue portfolio) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive About the Event Sales Manager role: Driving event sales and achieving revenue targets across Benugo's portfolio of venues. Building new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management. Managing enquiries from initial contact through to contract, creating tailored proposals and quotations. Conducting venue show-rounds, client meetings, and tastings to secure new business. Maintaining an active sales pipeline and ensuring accurate CRM records and reporting. Working closely with Event Planning, Operations, and venue teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise revenue. Representing Events by Benugo at industry events and networking opportunities. Acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. About the ideal candidate: We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, commercially minded, and passionate about hospitality and events. You will have: A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within events, hospitality, catering, venue sales, or agency environments. Strong business development and relationship-building experience. Experience creating high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and client pitches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of event profitability. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems, ideally Tripleseat. A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
