About the role

The Officer GMO will provide operational support to the Team Leader and Manager Treasury Operations, focusing on transaction execution and operational risk management within the Treasury back-office unit supporting Kenya and South Sudan. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely settlement of financial market transactions, strict adherence to regulatory and internal controls, and efficient process execution. The position involves managing exception item reconciliations, executing deal confirmations with precision, maintaining comprehensive documentation for audit and compliance, and overseeing timely regulatory reporting in alignment with statutory and internal requirements. Type of Qualification: First Degree Experience Required 2-3 years 2 - 3 years banking experience with at least one year in Global Markets Operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex customer queries.
