Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival to the dining room and assist in ensuring a personalized, attentive, and elevated experience from start to finish
  • Uphold all restaurant and hotel service standards, including LQA protocols and Sequence of Service, to ensure consistency with five-star expectations

  • Support bartenders with ongoing bar setup, glassware restocking, and bar back duties, especially during periods of high volume, ensuring uninterrupted beverage service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service stations, heart-of-house areas, and bar support zones, ensuring readiness for every shift
  • Complete all assigned side duties and daily prep tasks to ensure the team is well-equipped for efficient service execution
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace, following all Health & Safety procedures with the knowledge and tools necessary to work responsibly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager or their designate, always with professionalism and a guest-first mindset
