As a Product Analyst, Lending you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers. Job Description Reporting to the Product Lead of Lending, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and get to design, assist in developing and delivering key revenues generating products. As a Product Analyst, you will be a key contributor to driving growth and delivering new capabilities for the Instant Loan and Balance Transfer products. You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset and strong coordination capability. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done. The Role Responsibility: Own delivery of new features and capabilities Post deliver of product / feature, own performance OKR's Conceptualize and execute new product proposition/ strategies through innovative product management/development amid intensifying competition from traditional financial institution and emerging third-party payment providers Identify new opportunities through customer or credit segmentations using analytics Managing of the product lifecycle including acquisition, portfolio and cross sell strategies to drive market share and income growth Be the voice of the customer for your product/service Drive the day-to-day loan operations Collaborate with Operations, Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of journeys Role Specific Technical Competencies: Skill Target proficiency level Project Management Advance User Research Core Product Analysis Core Product Development and Management Core Cards Operations and Technology Basic Credit Risk Management Basic Agile certification Core You'll Fit Right In If You Have executional capability with strong analytical skills Have an eye for turning complex problems into beautiful, elegant experiences Highly collaborative and can communicate openly and respectfully Comfortable in fast paced environments, and highly adaptable A strong voice for the customer/user Preferred to have worked in multi-discipline teams across the design process - research, and UX design Proactive and self-motivated learner Pragmatic and balance the needs of user, business, and technology Familiar with all Agile delivery tools Our Ideal Candidate: Most important - ability to learn, adapt and collaborate 5+ year's progressive experience in Financial Institutions, with at least 2 years of experience in product and project management Experience in lending preferred A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (finance, computer science, electrical engineering, etc).
