We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join the Commercial Mall Leasing team. Job Responsibilities Plan and execute the overall leasing strategy for the mall, including mall positioning, tenant mix, and occupancy management. Manage the full leasing cycle including prospecting, site viewings, negotiations, and finalization of lease term. Prepare, review, and ensure timely execution of lease agreements, renewals, and all related documentation. Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend. Monitor billing and financial transactions to ensure payments in time and coordinate with the Accounts Department on overdue or outstanding payments. Prepare and submit monthly leasing and management reports. Manage rental arrears and follow up on outstanding accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention. Process lease documentation accurately, ensuring all information is properly recorded, updated in the database, and filed systematically.
