The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the monomer plant is operated safely and efficiently following the agreed S&OP production plan. This role will coordinate the daily activities of the Monomer team and plant contractors. In addition, this role will coordinate training of new personnel. Job Responsibilities The following responsibilities are associated with this job role but are not limited to: Responsible for day to day management of the plant ensuring production follows the S&OP plan whilst also ensuring that safety, environmental and quality standards are met during operation and maintenance activities.
