We're looking for an experienced and visionary SHL Product Manager to join our organization in Paris, France. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and evolution of our product offerings, driving innovation and market success. You will work collaboratively across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, demonstrating a passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionable product strategies. Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and differentiation opportunities Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch execution Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and engagement data to inform optimization and iteration decisions Develop and communicate go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases Manage stakeholder relationships and requirements, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and user experience Oversee product lifecycle management from conception through launch and post-launch optimization Present product strategy, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or related industries Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations Demonstrated expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery methodologies Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Proficiency in product management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms) Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of user research, user experience (UX) design principles, and usability testing Familiarity with SHL products, assessment tools, or talent management solutions (preferred) Experience with product analytics and A/B testing (preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence The salary range is listed on the job ad.
