About the role

The Traffic Analyst is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting efficient logistics operations. Assist in carrier selection, rate negotiation, and performance evaluation. Maintain accurate records in transportation management systems (TMS/ERP). Collaborate with warehouse, planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth logistics flow. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or traffic operations. Knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and Incoterms. Experience with bonded shipments and documentation is preferred. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting).
