About the role

You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER in the Office in Charge of Construction Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (OICC PSNS). Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having knowledge of a variety of construction safety practices involving industrial settings and/or hazardous material demolition; 2) Reading, interpreting and communicating a variety of safety regulations and requirements; and 3) Effectively communicating issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical personnel regarding safety items.
