This role places a strong emphasis on visual design and content creation, including supporting the layout, design, and ongoing improvement of our weekly sales newsletter, DigiKnow! (distributed every Thursday). The successful candidate will help ensure that both learning content and internal communications are visually engaging, consistent, and user-friendly. Working closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) Manager and LMS Administrator, you will provide hands-on support across content preparation, visual design, and course implementation. You will contribute at the intersection of content, design, and technology - supporting course builds, improving the learner experience through thoughtful design, and assisting with multimedia and localization workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is both creative and detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in digital learning, UX, and visual design. This is a fixed-term 12 month contract position.
