About the role

Project Manager (Industrial Automation) A Project Manager at Rockwell Automation leads projects through their entire lifecycle-from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.   • Quality & Compliance : Ensure deliverables meet QMS requirements and follow engineering standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reporting : Provide regular status updates, financial forecasts, and documentation for partners.
  • The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
  • We prefer a PMP or equivalent.
  • Total experience 10-15 years with 2-4 years in project management in industrial automation or related sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Plan and prioritisation capabilities to ensure efficient workflow and resource management.
  • Foster collaboration and understanding across all levels.
  • Project Management: experience to manage multiple projects within a matrix environment, ensuring delivery and quality outcomes.
  • The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience in project management for process automation
  • Partner with multiple team members and influence project decisions, teamwork, customer service
