Heavy Duty Cleaner - Casino Public Space

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) years experience with commercial/industrial cleaning equipment , or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and be on feet for entire shift. Position requires person to be able to stand, stoop, bend, crouch and climb on a continuous basis.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending.
• CLOSING:
• As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended. These background checks may include, but are not limited to:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of the Public Space Supervisor, the incumbent performs heavy duty housekeeping duties in all areas of the Casino property. Duties include, but are not limited to floor/carpet care, detail cleaning of equipment, washing, sweeping, sanitizing, trash removal and grounds maintenance.
