Learn more about us at https://innovativeconcretellc.com/ Responsibilities Assist with all phases of concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete Set, build, and strip concrete forms as according to project specifications Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials Finish and detail concrete surfaces to commercial quality standards Read and follow project plans / layout drawings Handle and move materials as needed on site Use hand and power tools to achieve specified surface texture and finish Follow directions from foreman and crew leads Keep work areas clean and organized Prior concrete or construction experience preferred Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for long periods Reliable transportation to job sites Punctual and dependable attendance Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction Works well as part of a team and holds themselves accountable on the job Paid Holidays Employee Perks Program Health insurance from a leading provider of employee benefits.
