Inventory Management Executive

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays as part of the working schedule.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory systems is preferred.
• Good attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good communication skills in both English and Malay.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse operational activities when required.

Additional Information

Job Purpose The Executive, Inventory Management is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control activities, and ensuring timely fulfilment and distribution of consumables, equipment, and merchandise across departments. This role also supports asset tracking, inventory reporting, and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day inventory operation.
