The Project Director will own the planning, governance, execution, and communication of high-impact programs that support growth, operational excellence, technology transformation, and post-acquisition integration priorities. This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive presence, disciplined operating rhythms, and the ability to lead through influence across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, and external partners. Enterprise Program Leadership Lead multiple concurrent, enterprise-level projects and programs with clear ownership from initiation through implementation. Cross-Functional Leadership & Accountability Serve as the central point of coordination across Finance, HR, Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, and vendor partners. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities while maintaining momentum and focus on outcomes. Hold teams accountable to commitments, deadlines, deliverables, and decision timelines. Escalate obstacles quickly with solution-oriented recommendations. Executive Governance & Weekly Reporting Establish strong governance models for assigned programs, including steering committees, weekly operating reviews, status cadences, and executive updates. Deliver concise, high-quality weekly reporting inclusive of accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, decisions needed, and KPI progress. Maintain executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, RAID logs, dependency maps, and decision trackers. Prepare materials and presentations for senior leadership, PMO reviews, and executive business updates. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business case objectives. Anticipate slippage or execution risk early and implement recovery plans quickly. Drive disciplined follow-through and strong closeout processes including lessons learned and value realization. Change Management & Communication Lead enterprise change efforts tied to systems, structure, processes, and ways of working. Develop communication plans that ensure stakeholders understand the "why," timing, impact, and expectations. Support adoption through training coordination, leader enablement, and reinforcement plans. What Are We Looking for in this Role?
